Guess who finally got promoted? XD

For my first challenge I'll use the elegance and beauty of the Vintage era. You all know the characteristics: long dresses, mannerisms, no technology, patterns and all sorts of amazingly detailed outfits.

The anime you can use for this challenge are various: Kuroshitsuji, Pandora Hearts, Umineko no Naku Koro ni, Gosick, Asriel even Heatlia's UK or others as long as they cosplay for the vintage years (like Vocaloid).
