There's really nothing to this, all you do is make the most hottest and sexiest Uryu wallpaper you can~<3

Rules:

Any kind of picture you use of Uryu is fine, but if it's a scan or vector, make sure you credit where you got it.

*sighs* Unfortunately, no nudity. Gotta abide by TheO rules, ne? But, half-naked's fine.

It has to have no one but Uryu on it. No one else.
