Title: Chibified! Chibi! :3 yeah I don't know why I made this XD. I wanted to do something megaman-related for some reason so this is the resul ^^. Chibi megaman is so kawaii :3 and so are the others. Went with something simple, yet it works for the chibi theme. Soft pastel colors, sparkles, specks, digital-like squares, and overlays.
