After doing two Code Geass wallpapers that were a bit depressing, I decided to do something much more cheerful. Enter this Sailor Moon wallpaper. I had been meaning to use this Sailor Moon scan for a wallpaper for quite some time, but I kept forgetting about it. My intention was to make the background of this wallpaper as colorful as the picture itself. I'm sorry for the black frame around the picture, but it was the only color that stood out from the background. Enjoy.
