This Hotaru/ Sailor Saturn is similar to two of the wallpapers I did yesterday. I used a poster filter on a screenshot and that was it. On one of those two wallpapers, I called Sailor Saturn the soldier of silence, but read a comment that said the title should probably be sovereign of silence. I'm pretty sure that title actually referred to Mistress 9, but I could be wrong. I'm also pretty sure that soldier of silence was also one of the titles that Sailor Saturn had. Anyway, if I did make a mistake, I apologize and will try to avoid making the same mistake in the future. As always, enjoy.
