Personality: She is a bit of a spoiled brat, stubborn, tricky, sly, but a really sweet little girl once you get to know her. She is 5 '4 and
Likes: She enjoys swimming in streams (not oceans because they're too deep.), tanning, and wandering around.
Dislikes: The Oceans, dark places, and electric gijinkas.
Fear: Getting lost.

Clothes: Vacelia wears a long sleeved dress that is longer in the back and splits in the middle making it look like a tail fin, dark blue jeans with light brown boots.
Background: Once Vacelia evolved into a Vaporeon, she tried to swim in the ocean, and swam too far and ended up getting lost, so alone and cold, she found the nearest land and has been wandering around trying to get home. (she doesn't want to swim in the ocean any more.)
