The Guides – Plu the Plusle and Min the Minun
At 14 years old, these twins will usually be found bickering about the tiniest of things, and are the ones you come to if you need a guide to show you around the island. Most of their arguments tend to be about the name of their guide services, Plu wanting it to be called Plunen, and Min insisting it be Minusle, and they’ll happily drag you into the argument if you get too close.
Separated, Plu is a mild mannered girl, though she can be very outgoing at times. While Min is the quiet, shy type who surprises people by his change in attitude when he’s with his sister, taking on her outgoing personality. Though it’s rare to see them separated in the first place.
The shopkeepers - Kenny the Kecleon and Karl the Kecleon
At 30 and 32 years of age, these brothers own the best shop on the entire island. You won’t find a better place to get all of your travelling needs. They carry everything from apples to antidotes and all for a great price. They’re both very eccentric and love to see people revisiting their shop, they’ll always remember you and welcome you back with a smile.
The banker – Dusky the Duskull
At 26 years old, Dusky is the one you go to when you need to store your money in a safe place. Sure, he seems shifty but you won’t find anyone better to keep it safe. He’s very protective of his reputation, and won’t let anyone try to mess with him, or steal from him. Married to Lidia.
The teacher – Lidia the Lopunny and Bri the Buneary
At 24 years old Lidia runs a day care centre/school for all of the children and toddlers on Gijinkako island with the help of her 12 year old sister Bri, who takes care of the younger kids.
Bri will happily do whatever she is told, following her sister around like a baby chick whenever she’s not looking after the kids. She’s very trusting, and will easily be led away by a stranger if she’s offered candy.
Lidia absolutely loves children, and melts at the sight of them. She’s very lenient with her students, but she still manages to keep them in line, being stern when needed. She absolutely adores her sister, and thinks it’s adorable how she follows her around, though it worries her how naive and trusting Bri can be. She’s married to Dusky.
The Town Leader – Teru the Togekiss
At 19 years old, Teru is the youngest town leader Gijinkako island has ever seen. Though he is one of the strongest, smartest and kindest leader they’ve ever had. He’s always willing to help whether it be rebuilding a home, or just being someone to talk to. He’s a pacifist, and would prefer to solve arguments or troubles without it ending in a fight.
The Quest Leaders and owners of The Clubhouse – GiGi the Glameow and Gabriela the Gardevoir
Both aged 26 these two have been best friends since they were younger. They’ve always liked travelling and helping others, so they started up their own kind of guild where Gijinka can rest, recharge, request help and help those in need.
GiGi is very kind, yet she doesn’t tend to smile a lot. Usually she has more of a flirty smirk on her face, but other than that she’ll be frowning. She’s not a real people person if she hasn’t known you long and usually won’t leave Gabriela’s side.
Gabriela is more the motherly type, always trying to take care of the younger Gijinka that come to The Clubhouse. She’s very open and loving, and is always trying to get GiGi to open up more to no prevail.
Team Trouble – Missy the Mismagius, Aniki the Absol and Herra the Houndoom
The bullies of The Clubhouse. The three have been friends since they were younger. They’re good at putting on a sweet, innocent act when the owners are around, but with the other Gijinka they become nasty, spoiled and just plain rotten. They’ll steal others quests if they think they’ll get a good reward, and happily put others down to make themselves look better.
Missy is the leader at 18 years old. She’s the most narcissistic of the group and the most proud. She’s hated by almost everyone who meets her, which only helps to add to her bad attitude.
At 17 years old, Aniki is the follower type. He has a huge crush on Missy, and happily does whatever she tells him to. His attitude is almost as bad as hers, and he makes a lot of snide comments.
Herra is 19 years old and the oldest of the group. She’s easily annoyed, and very cocky. Hates children, but has a soft side for plush toys.
