“How sweet the moonlight sleeps upon this bank." Means, the moon is out, and it's light is touching the ground.
"Here will we sit, and let the sounds of music Creep in our ears;" Means, we're sitting, and the sounds of the nighttime can be heard; ie, crickets chirping, maybe an owl or some other animal singing.
"soft stillness, and the night Become the touches of sweet harmony.” Means, it's quiet, and everything blends nicely together like a song.
I THINK that's what it means. If not, well, I tried! Nice card! ^_^ ~TS

Doesn't seem like it is too complicated. I may be wrong, but I think it just has to do with relaxing under the moonlight while listening to the harmonies of music. And such...
Roy looks so peaceful sitting there... =^_^= ... Hehehe *sticks a feather under Roy's nose so that he smacks himself in the face* Hahahah! *runs away* X3
Nice card! Mustang really suits the mood of that piece of text. ^_^
Speaking of the text, the interpretation of that piece is entirely up to you. I personally believe it to be simply enjoying the sounds of the night with someone you care about. But that's just me! XD
Anyway, did you know that these words come from Shakespeare's the Merchant of Venice? I don't know much about the play myself, but what I do know that Act V, Scene I was made into a song called "Serenade to Music" and composed by R. Vaughan Williams back in the 1930's. You should really look into it sometime because it's a beautiful piece! ^_^ (Just brace yourself for one hec of a long intro and an even longer song! ^_^; )
