XD well okay ill explain it to you... parents are suppose to find/ look for their children, well in this situation the child got kidnapped, when you hear ' snapped into action' meaning on the move to do something or to help look for their child sometimes the police but here the last one 'they rented out the room' meaning the kid's room was rented/ used by other people by the parents ( when they heard/ knew their child is missing, they suddenly started renting the child's rent), well for most its funny when you they get it really X3 ask other's im sorry im bad at explaining >.<" and btw thank you so much ^^
