coloring B&W images is actually quite easy, this scan took me around 2 hours but only cos I didn't know what colors to use and I used the pen tool (which I'm slow at using)for selection.

I learned from this tutorial: Colorizing a Grayscale Image
although not all my layers where set to "color". test it out and experiment with different blending options, it's quite fun and easy =]

lol I know what you mean about your brothers XD kids are adorable but sometimes, they can be little monsters =P

yep, I colored it =] it was a good exercise in using the pen tool XD
it's not perfect though, I messed up the eyes a bit ^^;

I just had to do it. you see, my niece & I color together quite often and she's always asking me what I'm doing on the computer. so I told her I was coloring like we do, then I showed her. she got bored quickly though
