^.^ I love it. I did something similar to this a while back, but it was a fan-art. I thought about it though, and I really don't think that it would kill them. In order for it to kill them, they'd have to be technically thinking of themselves (not that some people don't do that), but you get what I mean? You have to have a person's name and face when you write in the death note...what kind of person would have their own face in mind while doing an autograph? (Still not saying that some wouldn't.) But you get what I mean?
BTW, I'm not dissing your card. I love it and it's a clever way to kill someone off if it could actually work. Anyway, I just wanted to share that. I thought about it after doing my little fan-art piece, but it's okay. Maybe you would agree with me...then again, maybe you won't. Either way, still, great card.
