Far as I've seen, there's no physical limit to the "Spirit World;" just most of it is all centered on Soul Society. Though I suppose, theoretically, there are "other" Soul Societys. Not everyone in the world who dies is from Japan. Or even knows Japanese... Dammit, now that I've set it in motion, they're probably gonna do a filler arc where they meet some Shinigami from America. Only in the English dub, they're from Japan... Does that make sense?
