Though you probably didn't know, given who is in the picture, it does fit at least the "trick" part of Halloween. Marisa of the Touhou universe. Witch extraordinaire.
I've always liked the softer picture of her that I've found for my extensive Touhou collection. It took me a moment to find the full pic. I had used it as a desktop background at one time.
All said and done, the quote fits very well with the pic. Thumbs up.
