I'm also a Ichi/Rukia fan!! They just go together really well.
Very nice ecard! It's got great color and brush usage, picture draws in the eye, and the quote is interesting. I really like Rukia's face in this pic.
A minor suggestion. I couldn't really read the word 'World' until I looked at your comments. Maybe tweak the color or font a little? Just a thought ^^
