It's a part of tokyo full with manga and anime stores. Not really, they're all perverted businessmen. =3= Really in one of the videos they were just standing reading a manga from the hentai section.

I'm gonna study Japanese ( not only the language but also culture and history ) at university, then you get to go to Tokyo. I'm not sure if my parents will allow it though. DX
