The card looks fantastic, literally, I would need to give a hard work to beat something like this, and even then I don't know if I would succeed. Really nice, I love how you changed the scan. Your looks quite nice and it expresses the theme behind why you decided to make it. The typography is gorgeous as well.
All in all, it is VERY nice, Devy. :) And I like what you said at the end, we sure need to appreciate every part of our life.^^
