Dedication is such a strong word. It represents something that you give to someone else and what you did by your own hands for them. In other words, you made this for her on the behalf of her birthday. Of course that she will love it. I mean, you remembered and took the care to do it for her. Even if it doesn't have to do with birthday, it still is dedicated for that and that's what counts the most here. :)
