Yeah I bought the fabric for it and sewed part of it and tied the other part. I probably made that harder to understand XD It's called a tie blanket. You don't actually need to sew it, you just make knots to tie two separate pieces of cloth together. But I like to put cushion in-between two pieces of cloth so I sew that together.
I have no idea if they have a new member introduction. I know AP does but I haven't even checked Minitokyo..,

I haven't really talked to anyone there so I don't know. Is there something like New Member Introductions here? I don't think there is, but I missed my chance to introduce myself here ( I didn't know how to do it, when I found out it was too late ), and I wouldn't like to repeat the same mistake ^^
She just loves HK. I made her a blanket that had Hello Kitty all over and she loved it. But I know what you mean, I have only been a member for a few weeks and I haven't logged in too much. But some people seem very friendly on there XD
