If you like adventure books then try Stephen Hunt, oh and Robin Hobb [although i'm sure i've mentioned her books to you before haha, but I do love them!]... ^^

I have read a lot of romance but now I am starting to branch into more adventure books. The Hunger Games was mostly adventure in my opinion but there is romance as well. But I didn't find it to be too cheesy or too romance filled. I guess it was a good balance, just like with Harry Potter....which you must read! XD

Eh, I was never really a fan of romance books. I don't know, Twilight isn't really my thing, although I can see why people like it. I still haven't read Harry Potter either XD although I do plan to, someday.

The Hunger Games deals with the future and how the world is split into districts fighting for food through a competition called the hunger games. It sounded interesting when I read the jacket of the book so I bought it and now years later it's becoming a movie.

My friend loves fantasy so maybe she mentioned it in passing, I can't keep up with all the authors she has told me about XD I love when books have a completely different idea. I felt that way when I first read the Hunger Games... and now it's not unpopular anymore and everyone knows about them haha

I'm reading through some books by Stephen Hunt. They are fantasy, a mix of historical elements - but changed to fit the fantasy world, steampunk, mystical stuff. They all involve some sort of adventure or quest. I really like them! The first one is called 'The Court of the Air'. He has some nice fantasy ideas that i've not come across before.

Thanks! I haven't been able to read as much as I would like but at the moment I am reading this book about a zombie apocalypse actually XD It's more of an adventure and comedy as opposed to a bunch of horror but I like it so far.
