I would hope that it has an ending! (Andrew Hussie, the person that created it, better not troll us!)
It's still getting updated as of today. But where it's at now, there are still so many unanswered questions.
The reason why you can't see his arms is just the character style for now. Later on the art gets much better. Just think of it as a default position for characters at rest.
The pesterlogs....hmm, I suppose it's ok to skim through them but don't skip it all together! :o There is valuable information hidden away in there!
It's a webcomic.
Go to :http://www.mspaintadventures.com/
Read the text underneath the picture(sometimes there is a link that says "Show pesterlog" and click that to get the dialog") and then click the link under it (most of the time it is a ">" symbol.
You don't actually interact with the image or flash until much much later. So treat it like a comic.
You should give it a try, beware that it is boring at first and it takes a-lot of reading. It also gets very complicated very quickly.
You can skip the intermission. I set my cut off point at [SDescend. If you're not hooked by then, then the comic was just not meant to be.
I'm normally terrible at explaining things, so I hope this clears it up :)
