Ah I wish my sister would share more >3< She's been to camp this whole week, she's returning tomorrow, and I think she brought her iPod with her although she probably had to leave it with my dad who drove her down to camp. Its a camp in the USA so he's stayed there all week too. Oh well.

For me, it's a hassle using apple for school because using fingers to go back to a typo is harder than using a mouse. Plus the screen is small. Maybe you can ask her to use the touch when she's away? Go to east anime, it uses QuickTime, not flash. Let me know how your search goes.
If its for That, then a net book is good too. Whatever you find would be good too. It's not like you're gonna carry it, right?

Yeah you're right! My sister should use her itouch more often for school but I guess she'd rather use the laptop for convenience? I'm stuck with my 3DS all the time, so I rely on it heavily... Its just too bad it doesn't have better performance in way of having a flash player. But I saw a Toshiba laptop in the paper today that will be on sale this week so I'm gonna check it out! :D

Just take your time getting an account, no need to rush.
Just remember its netbook, not net pad. You can tell your parents to get one then & give you the old one. I've had mine for 2 years now. Thankfully there hasn't been viruses, whereas I probably would've gotten one if I had Dell. What kind of desktop you get also depends on what you're going to do with it.

I know, but the bothersome thing is that they abuse their homework/laptop time by 'taking breaks' and watching things D8< Not always does that happen though cuz my mom catches them xD Yeah we do usually take turns, and I probably use it the most on those days but when the kids have homework, I can't even check anything for 5 minutes! After school, my brother will be taking it away from meeee :( So I'm trying to get stuff done but I have to go walk a dog now!
Ah I still haven't made an account there but I will!! It sounds like it'll keep me organized!

If you want cheap, how about getting a netbook instead? Size [weight/height] and price is smaller than a laptop. I'm using one to type this comment actually. I like it; it feels more efficient than the Dell laptop I had. I have Asus, but it accumulates dust easily. lol, I go for cheap/er stuff too. Saving money is great! Just make sure you check out reviews beforehand from more than 1 source!

For sports anime, watch Oofuri. This coming from someone not into sports anime/manga, I liked Oofuri. I hear Inazuma 11 and Prince of tennis is good too, but haven't watched it. slice-of-life stuff is short compared to action anime imo.
You should read Howl - not the manga, but the novel the film's based on. It's different from each other. I hear the novel is good.

Well I used to not really like the fantasy animes until I saw Miyazaki's works. And I started out with school shoujo anime series like Maid Sama and Special A. I love sports manga but never got into sports anime, and I've not been able to watch a ton of action anime either so I guess i mostly watch slice-of-life stuff like Clannad? I really need to get out and watch more x3
My sister actually read the Nausicaa manga, but other then that I've only seen the manga for SA. I should look into the other manga series from Miyazaki!
Yeah! I think the way Miyazaki ties in those things makes it a movie for all ages^^And I just saw your Ponyo link, SO cute!! Makes me wanna watch it again :D

I remember seeing a Howl manga, but is SAway manga close to the film? I know what you mean! I was reading it before I knew what it was like Pokemon and SMoon. I like SAway because it adds underlying elements that are not very noticeable like the bath house being a brothel house. lol, this was my fav scene in ponyo. Thanks! It's good I haven't seen it yet.

Ah you're right about that, I feel bad for dropping series sometime but it really helps a lot especially if you're losing interest and as busy as you are with other series!

And Spirited Away was one of the first animes I ever saw and I saw it in manga form before I even knew what manga was!!! I really want to watch it again for sure, but my parents thought it was weird and I admit thinking that it was a bit weird too >3< But I really enjoyed it and need to see it again! I think one of my favourites is Howl's Moving Castle and Ponyo xD Oh and have fun watching Arrietty!!! <3

Kuragehime is SO GOOD. Watch it at least 'cause it's just 24 episodes? It's funny and very relatable [for our otaku side].Love In The Mask is like shojo trying to look cool, tho it's not. Currently reading Love In The Mask & Kuragehime. Love In The Mask is rather long and confusing because the Korean names/terms are hard to remember. I just don't find it as exciting as Goong, which I recently finished. What about you?

Well... theO had a mascot challenge, as you can see the new mascot is up now! And other then that, nothing really big went on... OH people including me went around taking 10 free sketch requests! That was big! It swept all through theO^^
And people submitted great work as usual ;) There are some neat challenges now in all catagories, you might find one you want to enter!
