You need to have all the layers of the animations and then put them in the scan you want, then you animated the layers on top of the scan. What I first do is open the animation in imageready then I transfer it to Photoshop and put the layer in the pic I want it animated then with the layer of the animation and scan together I transfer them to imageready to do the animation. I really suck explaining DX *sigh*

How did you get the animation in the shape of a circle and onto a JPEG!? :O When ever I try it, it never works and looses the animation.
