Oh Kisa-chan, this is such a wonderful card, thank you, thank you for dedicating it to me. I agree with the message, tears shouldn't fall forever, and the card shows that perfectly. Though there is rain the girl in the picture is smiling, and using an umbrella, that could mean hope, and self sustenace before a great pain. A very artistical, ingenius card.
