You said from your message to me that you would like something with either Kobato, Chobits, or Cardcaptor Sakura, basically anything CLAMP. :) Well since this was a Kobato challenge, I thought using her for you in your card would be perfect! :D Also you said something bright and colorful! So the original image, as you can see from the link I provided, was already pretty bright and colorful. However, with using the one textures I used it darkened the colors a bit, making a more rainbow look to it and also to me the the darker colors brought out a more colorful side to the image as well. :) Then I used some rainbow gradients as well and then added some swirl and bokeh brushes. Then added the text, which was a pain but I think it came out okay^^;;, and added just two little flower brushes around it, and yay, the card is done! :D I hope it came out the way you wanted it too Souhi-chan!
