YAY! Finally finished the card. OMNOMNOM!
I worked slowly and took my time so that I could make sure that this one would be really good. :)
Hopefully the quote is good enough... O_O

I tried really hard for this challenge and I reckon that this card, has to be by far one of the hardest card's I've made.

I've started since the challenge started, then I worked on it in my spare time. I don't know how many versions of this card I've made. The text would always seem to annoy me. ><
In the end, I chose this one. x_x
Well, I guess I might as well believe in the card. :3

Hmm... Well I chose this scan because when I was first searching for something. I looked at her lips and they some what look luscious in my opionon. And from there the quote unravelled!
Neh, I made the quote made it myself cuz I didnt want to use Lady Gaga lyrics. :D
Okay to make everything simple. (Wow, once I put it like this it looks like I haven't done much... T_T)

Re sized it,
Used filters-Cartoon,
Colour Change,
Sand Dune Brush,
Re-add colour to roses/cheeks- pink,
To add more realism to the roses; added white splotches,
Used soften,
Added Text,
And used misty brush.
