Meaning behind the small text. (1000 crane origami)

edit: Okkkk so yeah. I found that scan and fell in love. <3 So pretty. :) Pretty blurry though so I had to sharpen it a lot...then I upped the colors, and added some blue/turquoise gradients set on screen. ^^ I also added some brushes to make more snow...even though the brushes were supposed to be star particles or something. XD Added a glow to them, too. Then I did the text~ And again, the link up there explains the whole 1000 cranes thing. In the image the girl has 2 origami cranes, and it triggered what I wanted to say for the quote. XD "2 down...998 to go." All that relating to the wish and such. <3

Believe it or not, this was a really quick card I made...like fastest ever lol. Only about 15 minutes? And yet I really love how it turned out. :) Dedicated to Hi-chan because SHE HAS GOOD TASTE and it's her challenge. :D
