Psychotic? 
Okay well this is my first entry to Dytah Dorojin's Bad Guys challenge. This is Diva from Blood+. She is so crazy and evil! She seems so innocent and that's what makes her worse. But here you can see no innocence other than she is wearing a dress XD I added two textures,sharpened the image a bit, and changed the colors. Hugs and comments are appreciated. Take care~
