Wow, I can't believe there's no other e-cards submitted today. O: Huh. Well, anyhoo, I started this card last night. I worked on it a while, but the darn typography was getting me lol. I changed it so many times...soooo many times. I finally like it. I think haha.

I used this scan. I haven't seen this anime, but I like [the art of] it by virtue of the artist/chara designer, Mel Kishida. <3 Much like a recent card with one of his scans, I tweaked this a bit, by making her mouth into more of a smile. :) I wanted the card to be more light-hearted, so her original blank/almost scared look wasn't cutting it lol. Other than that, I upped the saturation and contrast, added some layers of gradients, and then changed the words a bajillion times (though it may not look it!).
