Finally I made a card that isn't an alternate version of something. Haha. XD

Well I wanted to make a shiny e-card and get some more practice making a card. One of these days I'd like to try my hand at a GIF card. But for now here is a shiny Sailor Moon e-card.

This card took awhile to make, I wanted to get it right and produce a good quality product. Also I wanted to practice with positioning text on images. Hopefully everybody enjoys this card. And to somebody who is having a bad day, I hope this cheers you up~
