Is it OK if I dust off an old OC that I came up with 12 years ago and use her as my entry? I'd draw a new picture because my really old drawings of her probably wouldn't win.

Yes it can also be animals and if you need a picture to do a pose for them it's fine just tell me that the pose was a reference
