one of my school friends want to make a new Assassin's Creed game (which i ask) then once i made it, i give him credit for the idea
see, i ask what is his idea or want-to-make-a-game wish, then i put all my ideas on it making the game

What kind of foundation do you mean? Money? xD If you have many ideas, just write them down first and then realize them. You also plan to make animations, so maybe you should try to look towards that.^^
