Go to the first copy of your "Fantastic Four Tribute" piece in your fan art portfolio. Once you arrive on that copy's page, click "edit" button, and when it takes you to the edit page for the piece you want to get rid of, make sure to select "delete submission" and then click the last button on the fan art edit page to finish the deletion process.
You submitted right and it does follow the theme of the challenge. Now you may want to go through your portfolio as there seems to be two copies of your submitted "Fantastic Four Tribute" piece with the 2nd copy being what was submitted to ths challenge. Make sure you delete the 1st copy of it (the one that does not have the section saying "Challenge: The Fanastic Four" in its caption rectangle) so as to ensure that the copy submitted to this web challenge does not get deleted by the theOtaku.com staff as it usally deletes 2nd exact copies of earlier submitted content.
If you mean with other Marvel Universe heroes (like Hulk for instance) and villains, then yes as long as at least a member of the Fantasic four or an enemy of theirs (like Dr. Doom for instance) is included. If you mean with the characters from outside Marvel, then no.
