I believe an OC is an Original Character that you create by yourself ^^ btw, if it says challenge-creators only, does that mean I can't enter because I haven't created any challenges yet??
im still thinking of prizes ... most likely if you win you will get to color drawings of your choice and a gift
second will be one colord drawing and a black and white drawing of there choice
and third will be a black and white drawing
