Hmmm...would the royalty have to be all european and y'know with the corsets 'n stuff, or could it be in like a Chinese or Japanese style? Aren't they still royalty, Emperors and Empresses? I'll join either way! I could just make a really detailed picture with the more Asian style.

Nice, simple, and with out so many rules to think about. I have the perfect picture. One thing you can use characters from a anime right like bleach or norito or tokyo mew mew (not that I'm going to use any of THOSE just as an example)
