Anyway to answer your questions; yes you can have more than one made up pokemon in a picture but you'll still have to include everything I asked for each, like the type of pokemon and its name and all that. For your second question I'm not sure what you mean? If your asking if your pokemon can have some kind of relation or comparison to an actual pokemon I guess thats fine too as long as it's not too much like an actual pokemon. It has to be your own but using an actual pokemon as inspiration is fine

Aw I'm sorry. Maybe you could borrow one if your really interested in trying it. I use my phone to take pictures then plug it into my computer to post fan art so you could try that too if you like but I totally understand if you cant
