"Neko" technically means "cat" in Japanese...so a "neko" in anime is a girl/guy (usually a girl) with various feline features, usually just the ears and tails.
in regards to this challenge, perhaps I'll enter...I'm stuck with a week off from school and I've nothing to do, perhaps this will keep me from insanity ^^'
