HEY I GOT AN IDEA WHILE WASHING DISHES.
How about 2nd and 3rd place winners' entries are other manga cover options. Like if someone is having trouble redrawing 1st place's entry, they could try redrawing 2nd and 3rd places' entries. Especially if 1st places is complicated.
JUST AN IDEA.
I SHALL SUBMIT NAO :D

And her reference since that is important and my style has changed like eighty zillion times since I've drawn her last. :
