I'll be courteous and give you a comment. Well, i can say that it has a nice background (from a real photo), and it looks like it was done on photoshop, or some digital software. i think the girl is too skinny, and the arms and the hands don't seem..right. i'm sorry, but this is my honest opinion. i like how you did the eye though. :) but there's this streak of blue that I'm not sure if it's suppose to be there. i think that what would be best is to work on body proportions. but the drawing is still pretty. i like her happy expression,and how you had a photo in the background. htough i don't know what she's holding. keep drawing. :) it's pretty.
