hehe^^ i really like this picure; maybe because you put a very subtle, pretty look on chibi-chan, rather than her usual bright pink-happy-ness. and the wings are amazing, too. Noticing a theme here; you like to draw wings!!! but that's ok; draw more, because they're shizzle-ness!
I get first comment, and first vote. It should have more! I like the light colors. It looks soft, so it suits the characer. I also like all the detail that was put into the wings. The pic has an overall subtle coloring style. Good pic!
