All right, instead of just voting, I am going to actually comment. =) Nicely. It's cute. I could never draw Hiei myself. Though may I give a few sujestions? The eyes seem a little out of place, but they seem pretty equal in size. The bangs, I found to be a little small. Maybe if they came down just a bit more? And were a little thicker?
