Actually the colors have a nice sepia tone to them! This is really good for your first watercolor painting. The colors aren't all smudged, or running out of the lines. Watercolor paintings can achieve techniques that are hard to do with pencils/markers. I should also mention the post. I like the pose, it looks natural. It doesn't look awkward, and forced. Everything works well together. All in all this is a very good first watercolor painting!

Very nice! The watercolors very much fit the character too. I would keep on practicing with them since they seem to be a good medium for you.
