Great Drawing! Even though I wasn't asked :P I agree with AC. I think after you sketch it that you ink it then erase the pencil and than you'll have a dark outline and it will make the drawing less smeary. just a couple of helpful hints ^_~

I like this picture a lot! I think that this is really, really cute! You should, like draw come more pictures like this, with Pokemon, I don't know who, mainly because thewy aren't exactly my thing. Great Job!

Well hey you said you wanted some pointers so here I am.Your drawings have but one flaw and that is you really need a darker outline to the drawing's and you need to use a Blending stump(or your finger) and smudge some of the color's together.
