Okay, i see their point.. the head is a bit small. But the coloring and everything else is really good! ::o::

You should work more on proportions. The hips look a bit too big. The head looks a bit small. Your shading and shadowing are well done. ^_^ You'll improve through practice. It's a nice pic, but to be honest, I think the head is too small...But other than that it looks good.
