Once you may negate the activation and the effect of an Effect Monster and destroy that monster. Discard 1 card from hand to negate the activation and effect of a Spell Card and destroy it. When a Trap card is activated, you may negate it's activation and destroy the Trap card. It gets +500 ATK for every Dragon on the field and in either player's Graveyard. This card can only be Special Summoned by a Fusion Summon. ATK 4000 DEF 2500 Well, hope u like the effect! XD
