Ah, another job well done, Erin-chan. Duo's enigmatic persona and overall well-designed image always makes him excellent subject-matter, especially for a style like yours. You did a wonderful job on rendering, shading & coloring his bangs in this pic. Your ability to texture hair never seems to fall short of amazing me. The bangs also look well-proportioned amongst themselves and add a sense of balance to this piece. However, I think the face here is a little bit out of proportion. The lower parts of the face in comparison with the bangs look too small, particularly the chin. The cheek-bone on the left (his right) seems to be a little too high up and at a bit too sharp an angle. The lower portion of the face needs to have more body to it, especially under said cheek-bone in order to create a sense of depth. But aside from that, I like pretty much everything else about this pic. Though not done with quite the same depth as the hair, the eyes look excellent with how you colored them. You also did well with the sense of depth on his shirt (very hard to do!). Nice work, Erin-chan. b^_^ By the way, if I could, might I ask what a "Shinigami" is?
