    I'm sure I've already answered you, but the series is Haibane Renmei. And yes, Hikari is the good-hearted ditz of the series. She's a sweetheart, though.

    More people need to comment on this . . . Which Hikari is this? I feel as though I'm unfamiliar with this series . . . though clearly this girl is ditzy but with a heart in the right place. Also, the thin body structure and glasses simply screams out for those who are into that sort of thing . . . erm . . . . . ignore that last bit. Looks good, though. I like it. Reminds me how I failed my little margin sketches during class (among other things)
