I think your scan needs to tone down a little cause that scanning light seems to take away your light tones. (o_O I like the colour scheme... though somehow, I think those characters there, look like they kinda are floating somehow. (O_O? But yeah, pretty!! It's fine. I like the headwear, it looks funny.
