Cool pic. Just a bit of advice, though. Try drawing the hair a bit more like a circle up top, rather than it being sort of flat. I'm not trying to be mean, ok? Just trying to give advice so you can improve. (Though I'm not too great an artist myself, so I dunno whether I really have the right to give advice, but meh.)
