Looks cool, I'd suggest shading and using the gray hair as the shading and add white over it for the base hair color. Other than that good job.

There isnt any shading, but i think it loks really cool with the scribble outline and solid color, I really like it, you should do some more like this, but mabye make the backround a lighter color, I hate that blue, good job ^.^
