The tail is swishing a fly. That's why the tail is on the body like that. >)

wow it does look really good, his tail looks a little weird like it doesnt come off his body at all...but other htan that its great!

Thats realy good. I used to draw horses alot and it was hard to make them look good but you'rs looks great.
